As a qualified personal trainer with over 20 years experience including as a Personal Training Instructor I will create a tailored programme specifically for you encouraging you to eat healthily whilst motivating you every step of the way.
With personal training you'll push yourself harder and although exercising to meet your goals can be tough you don't need to do it on your own.
Sessions can be designed flexibly around your goals and budget:
- A couple of sessions followed by a programme for you to follow in your own time
- A session once a month to ensure regular progress checks and to adapt your programme as your work towards your goals
- A frequent set of sessions on a weekly basis to ensure you achieve results faster and for specific goals e.g. to lose weight for a special occassion or to train for a fitness ambition. The list is endless and I have helped clients achieve a wide range of goals including
